The company is engaged in the collection and disposal of solid waste. It was incorporated in November 1996 and has its registered head office located in Saint Julia del Llor Bonmati, Spain. The company operates incinerators, solid waste treatment plants, hazardous waste facilities, land-fills, and other disposal sites and services. It also collects non-hazardous garbage discarded by homes, businesses, as well as governments. In addition, the company collects hazardous wastes which include liquid and solid materials that are toxic or radioactive. The company is also equipped with operating materials recovery facilities and state-of-the-art technology such as sort recyclable materials from the trash stream, as well as provides remediation services, such as cleanup of contaminated buildings, mine sites, soil, or ground water, and provide septic pumping and other miscellaneous waste management services.
